- When submitting your request, make sure you quote the email address you used to create your EliteSingles account. You can also provide us with your User ID (Secure Code).
- Select the topic your question is related to. That way we can more swiftly identify what your request is referring to.
- Please provide as many details as possible. We can then act immediately, as we will have all the information we need to handle your request.
Should you be experiencing a technical problem, please attach a screenshot of the page on which you are experiencing the issue, include any error messages you see, and detail the actions leading up to the error.
- Once you click "Submit", you will receive an automated notification containing the reference number of your request.
I am registered with the email address xxx@xxx (secure code xxxxxxx).
I am having problems logging into my account.
I try to enter my email and password on elitesingles.co.nz, but I get an error message that says "An error has occurred -the email address or password has been entered incorrectly". Please see attached screenshot.
I may have made a typo upon registration but I'm not sure.
