• date of birth
• height
• gender
• searched gender

Please contact our Customer Care team if you made a genuine mistake when entering these details, such as a misspelling.

When formulating your request to us, please make sure to add the exact details that you would like us to update.

We reserve the right to ask for a proof of ID in case the difference between what you initially stated is significant, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Display names which contain profanity, offensive statements or concepts that are contrary to the law, cannot be accepted. For more details please see our Code of Conduct.
